The SOCK HOP is Coming and we need your help in getting donations!!!!
Last year's Sock Hop was a great success and we hope to meet (or even surpass) our fundraising accomplishments from last year. In order to do that, we need to GET MOVING, and we need your help!
We have a proposed Sock Hop date of January 22nd.
In order to maximize our fundraising efforts and take advantage of the holiday season, we need to do the following:
1. Collect Raffle Donations by no later than November 24th (the day before Thanksgiving),
2. Print Tickets by November 30th, and
3. Organize ticket sales for the weekends of December 5th & 6th, and 12th & 13th (ticket sales may be sold individually to friends and family or collectively at tables outside stores - both types of last year's ticket sales were a huge success!)
Since our goal is to have Raffle Donations from business no later than November 24, 2009, we need to start contacting businesses who want to support our school, and who may be willing to help.
